🩵 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
To start a return, email support@herbodytea.store with your order number and reason for return — our team will walk you through the next steps.

Please note:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

⚠️ Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Resistance bands or fitness accessories that have been used

• Sale or clearance items

If you ever get a defective or wrong item, don’t stress — just message us and we’ll replace it ASAP. 💌
